📋 Return & Refund Policy

At Downtown Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return policy.

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

✅ Item Condition Required for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition. This means:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Must include all original tags attached
  • Must be in original packaging (poly mailer/box)
  • All accessories, belts, or parts included with the item must be returned

Note: Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume odor, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@downtownboutique.shop with your Order Number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label (if applicable based on the conditions below).
  3. Return Method: By Mail only.
  4. Return Label: Download and Print (We will email you the label or provide instructions).

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

We handle return shipping costs based on the reason for return:

  • For Defective or Incorrect Products:
    If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, Downtown Boutique will cover the return shipping cost (No cost to you). We will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
    If you purchased the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. We will provide a return label and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, or you may ship it back using your preferred carrier at your own expense.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically
  • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment
  • Timeline: Please allow up to 7 Business Days for the refund to appear in your account (processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company).
